Santo Domingo is La Capital — the first city, the first cathedral, the first university, the first street in the Americas. Five hundred years of Latin culture started on these stones.
We built Casa PRÓXIMO here because the future of Latin talent deserves a home that remembers where it came from. Old walls. New wave.
This is not a co-working space. It's a launchpad with a soul.

Ground floor. Live showcases, cyphers, tapings. Where the city walks in and the next wave walks out.
Studios & Casting
Second floor. Recording rooms, content studios, casting suites — built for the work, not the photo.
The Courtyard
Open-air stone courtyard. Intimate sessions, listening nights, brand activations under the arches.
The Rooftop
Views over the cathedral. After-parties, sunset interviews, the room where deals get sealed.
